Recalls & Reminders

​We offer an appointment reminder system where we call or SMS some patients the day before 
to confirm their upcoming appointment.

This practice operates a computer based recall system for follow up of pathology results and 
examination reviews.

Reminders for follow ups and check ups are done via phone call, SMS and Mailed Letter to your home address.
Although every effort is made to send prompt reminder letters, it is your responsibility to return for 
follow-up and check-ups. If you do not wish to be a part of this system, please advise your doctor. 
However, please remember that these activities are designed to enhance the ability of your 
doctor to provide the highest quality of care to you.
